How to plan a wedding in Singapore while you're being paid peanuts and work like a slave. Honestly, speaking, it's tough and gonna get tougher as the days goes by in planning/prepping.
Well... parents have been on our ears to SAVE UP, SAVE UP, SAVE UP.
They are partly true. Savings should have been started since you have started your very first job. Be it part-time or full-time. So, youngsters, please save up, it's gonna benefit you well. And no credit cards; cause it gonna sucked up all your moo-lahs unless you know how to manage your spending.
OK, so what's the plan for me and Faizul. We will try to save/pay as we go nearer to our wedding day. We have make a list on what's the most important "stuffs" which are required for a wedding.
1. Venue
- No. of pax
- Decor
- Pelamin
2. Andaman (Bridal)
3. Photography/Videography
4. Berkat (Wedding Favours)
5. Cake
6. Emcee
This tiny list may go on but I guess it will be unnecessary. These six items on the list already cost a bomb, mounting up to nearly $40,000/per couple.
We could almost strike off not 1, but 2 items on the list! Yay! Progress, isn't it?!
November 2014, was the day that we've took that huge step closer to our BIG DAY!!!
